A Shared Learning Platform for Employer Action
The She Works Hub brings together the evidence, model policies and expertise that employers need to hire and keep more women. It serves two audiences: enterprises working to improve gender-inclusive hiring, and the industry associations that convene them.
It is not a document library. Each part of the Hub does a distinct job in a company's move from commitment to operational change — and the Library is open to everyone, whether or not a company has pledged.
